The Surrey County Show is a fantastic family day out, bringing the countryside and rural life into the heart of Guildford.

The show brings together hundreds of animals, food and drink, top class entertainment, exquisite rural crafts and competition to provide an unmissable day out with something for every member of the family.

The show is held on the 66 acre site of Stoke Park, just a mile from Guildford Town Centre. The biggest one day agricultural show in the UK, it welcomes around 30,000 visitors each year and has the luxury of excellent road links, a train station just a few minutes’ walk away and free off-site park and ride.

With a family ticket costing about the same as a trip to the cinema, the Surrey County Show is a day out not to be missed!

SHOW HIGHLIGHTS.

The 2018 Surrey County Show was an unmissable family day out and the 2019 show will be the biggest and most exciting yet! Picking the highlights is difficult in such an action packed day but here are some of our plans to give you a taster of what to expect on the day.


The Monster Trucks are here!

International horse and rider combinations will compete in our Foxhunter, Grand Prix and County Stakes Show jumping classes in the Grand Arena. With a prize fund of over £6000, competition will be hot!

Millers Ark Petting Farm are at the show with a whole menagerie of cuddly and cute animals. Children will also love The Sheep Show, Punch & Judy, Mike's Donkey Rides and the vintage funfair.

Shopping, shopping and more shopping. Clothing, jewellery, homewares and unique crafts, From luxury dog beds to handmade leather belts, from beautiful jewellery to a brand new car, visitors will shop till they drop at the County Show.

The Countryside Arena. Always a firm favourite with our visitors who will enjoy falconry, gun dogs, terrier racing, fly fishing, beagles and the Dorset Axemen throughout the day.

The Surrey Food Theatre is back! We have a fantastic line up this year. Celebrity chef Philip Friend, cheese maker Francis Gimblett, Crumbs Brewing, local chef Dan Britten and forager Tiff Francis. Foodie heaven!

A ring dedicated to dogs! This year our dog ring will be busy all day with dog agility demonstrations and the ever popular fun dog show.

Animals galore! Hundreds of cattle, sheep, pigs, horses, goats and donkeys will compete throughout the day for the coveted Surrey County Show rosettes and prize cards.
